Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing Yavqo Creators or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you apply to or participate in the creator program, you also agree to the Creator Program Terms.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may require verification, limit access, or suspend an account to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Yavqo Creators. In particular, you may not:
- Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
- Submit false application, audience, referral, or reward information.
- Attempt to access another user's account or bypass security controls.
- Interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, or introduce malicious code.
- Use creator codes, branding, or benefits in a deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized way.
Your content and Yavqo materials
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant Yavqo the limited rights needed to host, review, process, and display that content for operating and administering the service and creator program.
Yavqo and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, visual design, logos, documentation, and program materials. These Terms do not grant permission to use Yavqo branding outside approved program activity.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Dashboard figures may be delayed, corrected, or unavailable during maintenance. We will try to communicate material changes when reasonably practical.
Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms. Yavqo is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yavqo does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every error will be corrected immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Any more specific liability rules in written campaign terms will apply to that campaign.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required.
