Yavqo is responsible for the personal data processed through Yavqo Creators. This policy covers the public creator website, authentication, applications, creator codes, benefits, referrals, rewards, and analytics.
Formal company registration and postal details should be added here by the operating Yavqo legal entity before public launch.
Information we collect
Account information
Your email address, authentication identifiers, account status, creator display name, and creator code.
Application information
Your country, content categories, creator biography, audience size, posting frequency, motivation, linked social profiles, follower estimates, and agreement acceptance.
Program activity
Creator-code referrals, attribution source, conversion status, order value, rewards, benefits, and associated timestamps.
Technical information
Essential session cookies and technical request information needed to authenticate users, secure the service, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. We do not currently use advertising cookies in this application.
How and why we use information
- Provide accounts, authentication, applications, creator codes, dashboards, benefits, and support.
- Review creator applications and verify submitted public social profiles.
- Attribute eligible activity and calculate creator analytics and rewards.
- Protect accounts, investigate abuse, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
- Communicate program decisions, service updates, and support responses.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, or act on your consent where consent is requested.
Retention and security
We retain account and program data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to administer the program, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain financial records, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type and applicable law.
We use access controls, row-level database policies, authenticated sessions, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions, including recordkeeping and legal claims.
Children and changes
Yavqo Creators is not intended for children who cannot legally agree to these terms in their country. We may update this policy as the program changes and will revise the date above when we do.
